• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to circumvent the service
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required before receiving your property analysis report. Current pricing:

• Single Report: £9.99 per property issue
• All prices include VAT where applicable
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We accept major credit and debit cards

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: If we fail to deliver your report within 24 hours
• Service error: If our AI analysis cannot process your image
• Duplicate charge: If you were accidentally charged twice

No refunds are provided for: Change of mind after receiving report, dissatisfaction with AI recommendations (as they are advisory), or if professional inspection yields different results.

6. Service Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Our AI analysis is advisory and educational only
• Reports are not a substitute for professional surveys or inspections
• We cannot guarantee accuracy of all AI assessments
• Analysis quality depends on image clarity and information provided
• Recommendations may not cover all possible issues or solutions
• Professional consultation is recommended for serious structural issues

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: HomeCheckAI provides analysis "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any actions taken based on our AI recommendations
• Damages or losses resulting from property repairs or failures
• Errors or omissions in AI analysis
• Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
• Professional fees incurred for further inspections

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report (£9.99).

8. Intellectual Property

The reports, analysis, and content generated by HomeCheckAI are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our reports without written permission. You retain ownership of images you upload, but grant us license to use them for providing the service and improving our AI models.

9. Data Protection

10. Service Availability
